If you need to get up to speed, take some basic training first. Think of this as going from "crawling" to "walking". Once you can walk, learn to "run" by applying strategies I teach you. Here is the free training program: https://www.babypips.com/learn/forex

Once you feel comfortable with the basics, dive into the training at Forex Freedom. You will find both long term and short term trading strategies to learn. I've included multiple strategies so that you can find one that fits you. If you work for a living, it is best to focus on the long term strategies for now.  

You now have access to the "Hot List" Trade alerts which I post every Monday. These are "set it and forget it" trades for long term profits. You trade these on a demo or live account for now. Do not trade your own trades on a real account until you've proven to yourself that you can grow a demo account.

After opening up a demo account with Forex.com, download their Metatrader 4 software (if using a PC). This is what you will use to place your trades. You will also learn about this software in your "Basic Training" at BabyPips.com

The quickest way to learn:

Go through ALL courses one time and decide which course fits you and your forex goals the best. After that, focus on ONE TRADING STYLE at a time and learn it in and out. Do back-testing until you are comfortable with your chosen style. Test it on a demo account and prove to yourself that it works. Then, move slowly to a live account and risk only small amounts of money until you have proven to yourself that you can grow that. Take your time and treat it like a business!
